All shipments are FOB. Shenzhen,China.

Shipping methods: By sea, DHL, TNT, EMS etc.

Delivery time: 5 -45 days after we received the deposit.

When in peak season, there could be a 3-5 days delay.

Packaging: Inner box, OPP bag, carton, wooden box or flat rack, according items and customer's requirement.

3. How are customs and tax/duty handled?

The Tax / Customs fee in destination country are at customer's expense.

Because we send products from Hong Kong (a free port), there is no sales tax or duties imposed by the government.
